Extended abstract submission deadline: 25th of September 2026

Important: you must be registered by the 21st of October to have your abstract eligible for oral communication.

Note: abstracts can still be submitted after this day for presentation as a poster, but will not be considered for a jury award.

Any subject other than the main topic is welcomed and will be considered for oral presentation.

Multiple abstracts per presenting author are allowed.

Best poster and oral presentations will be awarded with a prize.

Abstract length: maximum 350 words.

Abstracts should be structured in a scientific manner.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the online abstract book.

For ecological purposes, the abstract book will only be provided in digital format.
